If you’ve already got your eye on one of our tasteful base models, you can select it and tailor it to your needs. If you prefer to start with free planning, you can let your imagination run wild and use the various options for inspiration. In this step, you’ll already enter the dimensions into the wardrobe planner.
To determine the height, width, and depth accurately, you only need a tape measure or ruler, a pencil, and our measuring guide. This ensures that even as an inexperienced DIYer, you can measure confidently. If you’d rather hire a professional, we’re happy to send one of our competent and friendly service partners to you. For a small fee, they will assess everything on-site and measure even the trickiest corners, niches, and wardrobe wish places.
To configure your wardrobe, you should be clear about your requirements. What do you want to store in the new wardrobe? Do you want to accommodate summer and winter clothes? Should additional laundry be stored, such as towels? Or does the wardrobe need to be child-friendly and able to grow with your needs? Once you know what you need, you can start planning your wardrobe and set up the interior layout.
In addition to element height, depth, and width, you can also make horizontal or vertical divisions of individual elements and adjust the plinth. In the penultimate step, you have the option to configure a plinth cut-out, so the wardrobe can be pushed as close to the wall as possible.
Click on the individual elements to customise them. The selection options range from drawers, various adjustable shelves made of wood, glass, or in angled shapes for shoes, to fixed shelves, central partitions, clothes lifts, hanging rods, trouser pulls, and lighting options. You can also view not only the external but also the internal dimensions of your configuration at any time.
Step 4 for Your Custom Wardrobe: Choose Your Doors
Now it’s time to design your bespoke wardrobe. By clicking on an individual element, the first options for the doors will open up. If you desire a wardrobe with a mirror, you can select mirrored doors here. You can also choose classic hinged doors, elegant glass doors, or gentle sliding doors for the face of your wardrobe.
Decide whether you want the hinges on the right or left and whether the doors should rest on the body or be built-in. This variation allows you to adjust well to the room dimensions in your home and save a few extra centimetres if space is tight. You also have the option to choose from various styles for the doors. Are you a fan of the country house style? Then try out doors with frame fronts, for example!
Step 5 in the Wardrobe Planner: Configure Decors and Handles
Here, your individual wardrobe receives its final and unique touch. The body and doors can be made from different solid, wood, or special decors. You have a choice of super-matte fronts, high-gloss decors, or lacquered surfaces in all RAL colours. We’d be happy to send you a selection of sample decors free of charge and without obligation. This way, you can compare your favourites on-site and take your time deciding on your preferred look.
You also have a wide selection of beautiful options for the handles. Even a handle-less push-to-open variant is feasible. Do you have your own handles that you want to attach? That’s no problem either! Simply choose the “without handles” option and give your wardrobe the final touch with your personal handles.
Step 6 in Configuring Your Wardrobe: Additional Service Options
In the penultimate step, you have the opportunity to choose additional extras. We also offer the disposal of old furniture upon request. We’d be happy to take your old piece away when delivering your new furniture and handle the disposal professionally. You just need to inform us about the volume of furniture to be disposed of and disassemble the old furniture. We can also facilitate a plinth cut-out, cable holes, and other cut-outs, for example, at the back of the wardrobe. Just let us know what you need, and our technicians will discuss the details with you afterwards.
Step 7 to Your Custom Wardrobe: Order Securely Online
With the help of a 3D view, the intelligent wardrobe planner now shows you the entire result from the inside, outside, and in plan view. If you like what you see, you can now complete your order and choose one of our certified and highly secure payment options. Afterwards, we will review your configuration and contact you if we have any questions. If everything is in order, your wardrobe will be constructed in our own production facility in Rheinbach near Bonn and delivered to its designated location by a two-man team just a few weeks later.
If you have any questions or need inspiration, feel free to contact our service team at any time. We support you free of charge and without obligation with all your concerns and look forward to hearing about your very own wardrobe project!
