Delivery at the agreed time

Once your new furniture has been fully configured, it will only be a short time until dispatch. The delivery time depends on the material selected: 

5–7 weeks:

• Wardrobes and individual components (excluding lacquered glass, solid wood, lacquered framed fronts, veneer, RAL high-gloss)
• Sliding doors

6–8 weeks:

• Wardrobes with lacquered glass
• Lacquered framed fronts
• Veneer
• RAL high-gloss

7–9 weeks: 

• Wardrobes in solid wood

9–12 weeks: 

• Upholstered furniture 

Upon dispatch, we hand your order over to the carrier. They will contact you promptly to arrange your preferred delivery date.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed over to the freight forwarder, who will contact you promptly to arrange your preferred delivery date. Upon shipping, your order will be handed over to the carrier, who will contact you shortly to arrange your preferred delivery date.

Delivery times apply to nationwide deliveries within the UK mainland (excluding island deliveries). Deliveries to the UK mainland are carried out to the curbside. Further information about delivery can be found in our FAQ section.

Deliveries to mainland France, Germany and the Netherlands are always made to the place of use. This means that our two-man team will deliver your order exactly where you need it. However, contactless delivery is also available on request. We have compiled further information on delivery for you in the frequently asked questions section.

Delivery to England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

For deliveries to England, France, within Germany, to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, we charge proportionate shipping costs. 

Order value up to €189.00: €26.00 shipping
Orders of €189.00 or more are delivered free of charge

Delivery to islands is excluded. Shipping costs for island deliveries are calculated individually.

Delivery to Austria and Switzerland

Austria:
Order value up to €189.00 = €26.00 shipping
Order value from €189.01 = €109.00 shipping

Switzerland:
Order value up to €189.00 = €26.00 shipping
Order value from €189.01 = €109.00 shipping (including taxes and customs clearance)

Delivery to other countries:

For orders to other countries, we calculate the shipping costs individually for you.

Saturday delivery:

The Saturday delivery is the perfect solution for all working professionals. Your furniture order will be conveniently delivered by a two-person team directly to your desired room in your apartment. Please note that the Saturday delivery in combination with the express delivery may be postponed to the following Saturday. For just €89, you can add the Saturday delivery option at checkout.

Evening Delivery

The two-man delivery takes place between 5 PM and 9 PM. The cost for the optional evening delivery is €89.

Collect your bespoke furniture at your preferred date and receive a 5% discount on your order!

Would you like to shorten the delivery route and decide when to receive your new furniture? Furnfab.com offers you the opportunity to collect your order directly from our production facility in Rheinbach (postcode 53359), near Bonn. It's easy: simply add the option "Factory Pickup" to your basket at no additional cost. Once your furniture is produced and packaged, you will receive an email from us notifying you that it is ready for collection.

Please call us at the phone number provided in the email to arrange a pickup appointment that suits you. This is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During the call, you will also receive all the information regarding the number and size of the packages, so you know how much space you will need in your car.
